We were founded by energy industry professionals looking for ways to accelerate the implementation of efficient, renewable and commercially sustainable energy assets.
Each member type has an important role in the ecosystem of building, generating and using the renewable power we create from our assets.
We have three types of members:
Host members can be owners of commercial, community or rural properties with roof or land space to install renewable energy systems like solar.
We’re looking for sites that can add value to their energy neighbourhood, whether it’s providing power to their tenants, own operations or local network.
We use Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) models to pair generation sites with energy consumers for efficient sizing of systems and secure commercial relationships.
The first phase of our investments requires pairing our ‘Hosts’ with ‘EaaS’ clients so that the energy produced at host sites has an guaranteed initial offtake before any remaining power is sold or stored.
Our projects are funded by a combination of revenue from the purchase of shares in the collective, as well as the sale of power to the EaaS customers and to the electricity/energy markets.
As our asset base grows with more projects/sites, all members benefit from the capital growth of the share value and the sustainable investment into more community and alternative energy initiatives.
